A print Directory with detailed contact information on regional officials and those federal state bodies, unions & associations, education & research centers which deal with the regional authorities and supervise municipal sefl-government. It's a must for any foreigner coming to the Russian regions to start a new business or develop an existed one, as there is no any serious matter to be solved without contacts with the regional officials.The Directory was prepared due to active support of the Russian Ministry for Regional Development and is opened by the Minister V.F.Basargin address.Though a bulk of information is out-of-date now this edition could be useful for researchers.

Since 2010 this Directory has been updated only in a digital format. The last digital version of the Directory was released in December 2012 (see for details)
